Jay Rosen is the President and CEO at BETCO and holds an MBA in Finance. He has an extensive record of success in diverse industries encompassing all sizes of enterprises, publicly listed and privately owned, and a variety of market conditions and business situations. Mr. Rosen excels in identifying key drivers of business and in developing processes for monitoring and executing on the drivers necessary to achieve the company’s strategic objective. He joined BETCO in October 2011.
Randy Goss is the COO at BETCO and holds an MBA. He has over 20 years of senior executive management experience in leading, managing, and developing businesses within the equipment rental industry. Mr. Goss has held operational leadership of up to 31 locations and P&L responsibility for over $350 million in annual revenue. He joined BETCO in March 2016.
Richard McLaughlin is the Corporate Controller at BETCO. He is a CPA in the state of Texas with over 37 years of financial accounting experience, six with a Big 4 public accounting firm. Mr. McLaughlin has had extensive experience with both SEC reporting companies as well as privately held businesses. He joined BETCO in April 2014.
Houston Branch Sales Manager
Billy Schumaker is the Houston Branch Sales Manager. He has over 28 years of experience in the scaffolding industry with knowledge of sales, estimating and project management. Mr. Schumaker is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that their expectations are surpassed. He rejoined BETCO in January 2013.
Beaumont Branch Manager
Dona Breeding is the Beaumont Branch Manager. She has over 34 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive experience in the industrial sector. Ms. Breeding is knowledgeable in all levels of branch operations, inventory control, sales and marketing, safety compliance, labor services and contracts, team leadership, accounts receivable and P & L management. She joined BETCO in January 1993.
San Antonio Branch Manager
Brandon Lamb is the San Antonio Branch Manager. He has over 17 years of experience in the rental and sales of scaffolding and construction equipment. Mr. Lamb is responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, including the management of key customer relationships and ensuring that customers’ expectations are exceeded. He joined BETCO in February 2012.
Dallas/Ft. Worth Branch Manager
Randy Towns is the Dallas/Ft. Worth Branch Manager. He has over 20 years of experience within the equipment rental industry. During that time, Mr. Towns has developed relationships with many clients across the region and is experienced in the areas of management, sales, and customer relations. He joined BETCO in March 2016.
Craig Covington is the Safety Manager. He has over 33 years of experience as a safety supervisor, which include 21 years in the scaffolding industry and 12 years in off-shore. Mr. Covington teaches a variety of safety related training courses and has been certified by SAIA and The Scaffold Training Institute. He joined BETCO in December 1998.
